SECTION 15 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS WAIVER
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service or to products sold or distributed through the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and Prest Organics agree to bring claims only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action against us.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. This shall not affect the validity or enforceability of remaining provisions.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect of the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms are written in English and may be made available in other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version controls.

ADDENDUM TO WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE: HEMP-DERIVED SUPPLEMENTS & INGESTIBLES
This Addendum applies to hemp-derived ingestible products (e.g., oils, gummies, softgels) sold on this website. If there is a conflict with the main Terms, this Addendum controls for these products.
1. Product Information & Disclaimers
1.1 Accuracy. We strive for accurate ingredient, potency, and allergen information, but do not guarantee that product details are error-free or complete. Always read labels before use.
1.2 Variations. Natural ingredient variability and shipping/storage conditions can cause differences in taste, color, or appearance. We are not liable for dissatisfaction due to such variations.
1.3 Local Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring products comply with local laws where you purchase, receive, and use them. Imported or re-shipped products may not align with local labeling standards.
1.4 Health. Use at your own risk. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, on medication, or with a medical condition. Discontinue use if adverse reaction occurs.
2. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

3. Limitation of Liability (Supplements)

3.2 Indirect or consequential damages are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3.3 Improper storage or use contrary to label directions voids any claims.
4. Shipping, Customs & Delays

4.2 Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Estimated shipping windows are not guarantees.
