Refunds & Returns

• To receive a full refund of the product purchase price, your return must be received within 30 days of purchase.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost.

Opened Products

• If you purchased more than one item, you may only open one unit of each product type (example: one CBD Oil, one Topical).

• Additional units of the same item must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

• Sample pack items are non-refundable.

RMA Requirement

• All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA number.

• Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address via email confirmation.
