To receive a full refund of the product purchase price, your return must be received within 30 days of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost.
Opened Products

If you purchased more than one item, you may only open one unit of each product type (example: one CBD Oil, one Topical).

Additional units of the same item must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Sample pack items are non-refundable.
RMA Requirement

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA number.
